Karen Kearns, CEO
A multi award-winning author and thought leader with a passion for Early Childhood education, Karen is the CEO and Director of Studies at International Child Care College.
Karen is regarded as an industry and educational expert. Her mission is to provide all stakeholders, students, employers and industry associations, with excellent training solutions using flexible training strategies, while sustaining the highest level of business ethics.

We have a dedicated and knowledgeable Business Support Team that looks after a broad variety of tasks, ranging from student support, enrolments, finance, marketing, compliance, HR and everything in between. They are the front of house team, assisting students with queries and supporting the exceptional delivery of training as well as the back of house team, finalising students and issuing their certificates.
